Vintage Brass Knitting Welsh Lady Bell

A classic Welsh lady wearing a traditional 19th century long womens dress and shawl and a tall stovepipe-style hat.  The skirt serves as the bell's body and clapper inside.  A beautiful souvenir piece from the mid-20th century.
