Decorative Solid Brass Table Bell

Decorative table bell/Scenes of a soldier holding a rifle in his hands and a dog sitting on his back with an old gold patina.  The bell body features ornate embossed designs, including shields and what appear to be heraldic or classical motifs, which may suggest a European origin, possibly medieval or Renaissance-inspired.
